I am an Experience hardworking individual who has experience with multiple IT systems and an enthusiastic team player who can work on his own initiative, and with a keen desire to gain more experience.

Currently studying Python and writing my 3rd book.

Position: Windows Team leader

  • Managing and helping the team follow policy and procedure
  • Supporting Windows 10 and 11 devices in an Azure environment.
  • Assisted in transferring two hundred thousand people to windows 11
  • Supporting Lotus notes 9, 10 and 11.
  • Supporting various IBM applications and following policy and procedures to escalate to the server-side teams if required.
  • Troubleshooting any network errors and escalating to the AT&T team if required.
  • Troubleshooting Azure connections to various device making sure correct policies were in place.
  • Answering and advising any windows 10 specialist who require assistance.
